With over 6 years of entrepreneurial experience, she manages a 26-acre farm where she cares for her five horses. Prior to transitioning to the Equine Industry, Synetta spent 18 years at a Fortune 500 company, overseeing a monthly profit and loss statement of $5.6 million and leading a team of 27 employees across West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. She pursued her education in business management and accounting while employed at this NASDAQ-listed corporation.

Driven by her passion for equines, Synetta decided to commit full-time to the Equine Industry and became a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist.
